Overview
Cedar Advisory wanted its team to prepare for client calls without searching through the CRM, shared drives and old notes. I connected those sources into a short briefing workflow.
Main challenge
Summarize useful context without hiding the original notes or making the brief feel generic.
What I built
CRM triggers, document lookup, structured brief generation, source links, editing steps and Slack delivery.
Sample outcome
The team started each call with a concise, editable brief instead of searching across several tools.
