Overview
Luma Market was tracking stock across separate spreadsheets and messages. I created a shared workspace for deliveries, transfers, purchase orders and low-stock alerts.
Main challenge
Make daily stock updates fast enough for store teams while keeping the data dependable for operations.
What I built
Stock movement forms, purchase-order views, low-stock alerts, import tools and a simple activity history.
Sample outcome
Store managers could check stock and purchase-order status without maintaining separate spreadsheets.
