An organised finance inbox for invoices, approvals and follow-up reminders.
Overview
Maple Ledger was processing recurring documents through email and spreadsheets. I built a review-first automation that sorts incoming files and keeps every action visible.
Main challenge
Automate repetitive sorting without letting uncertain documents move forward without review.
What I built
Email intake, file naming, document routing, approval steps, reminders and an exception queue.
Sample outcome
Invoices and follow-ups were easier to review, with fewer manual handoffs between inboxes and spreadsheets.
