Overview
Marlow People wanted new hires to know what to do, who to meet and where to find useful documents from day one. I turned its existing process into a simple guided workspace.
Main challenge
Support different roles and teams without creating a heavy HR platform.
What I built
Role-based checklists, document collections, welcome messages, reminders and progress views for managers.
Sample outcome
New hires had one clear place for tasks, documents and introductions during their first weeks.
