Overview
Northstar Studio needed one calm place to keep client work clear and easy to follow. I designed and built a private portal that brings briefs, files, feedback, approvals and weekly updates together.
Main challenge
Keep the workflow useful for the team without making it feel like another complex project-management tool.
What I built
Secure client workspaces, role-based access, file sharing, approval flows, email notifications and an internal activity dashboard.
Sample outcome
Northstar Studio replaced scattered client updates with one shared workflow that was easier for both the team and its clients to follow.
